Hi my name is Stefania Carella and I am 26 years old. I am very passionate about what I do and if you ask most people that know me, my career is something I can never stop talking about! I just love working with children!
I am currently a nanny working in the Morden/Raynes Park area. I look after two children, an 9 year old girl and a 8 year old boy, 4 hours a day between 8-9am and 3-6pm. I have been their nanny for 5 years and it has been one of the most rewarding jobs in the world. I also have a position as a one-to-one teaching assistant to a pupil in Year One at the school the children currently attend.
I am looking for parents who may need babysitting services on weekdays after 6pm and any time during the weekends.
My Experience
I worked in a nursery setting for 4 years after completing my diploma in Childcare and Education, where I worked my way up from support staff to Room Manager of the toddler room. While I was working in the nursery, I was responsible for my key children's growth, development and overall happiness. It is there where I met my boss/the family I currently nanny for.
Also starting in September 2017, I began working as a Lunchtime supervisor in a private school which caters to boys aged 4 to 13. Since then I have become a teaching assistant, supporting children with speech and language difficulties in nursery and reception.
In regards to my experience with children, I have always felt comfortable being responsible for children and ensuring they are safe and happy in my care, whether that's within a nursery setting, a school or just babysitting at their home. I feel I have a wide range of experience in childcare as I have worked in many different settings and environments.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning and Education
My Availability
I am available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and all day Saturdays and Sundays.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
Depends on number/age of children, starting at £12 an hour. I prefer to work on an hourly rate but this is negotiable.
