About Me
I am an ofstead registered childminder,
with over 30 years experience working with children, and a member of PACEY. I have numerous childcare qualifications and first aid training. I live in Clarborough which is only two miles from Retford . I pick up and collect from Clarborough Primary School. I provide a welcoming and safe enviroment for children to develop and have fun. I have a wide range of toys and activities, inside and out. We sing, dance, read, play outside and craft most days I also provide healthy snacks. I visit a few local toddler groups and nearby village parks regularly, sherwood pines, woods etc. I have a happy fun disposition because I LOVE my job.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for 30years, and a Nanny previous to that. I have 3 children of my own, all grown. I have looked after children of all ages.

N.A.M.C.W Diploma in childcare
Childminding Practice levels 1,2 & 3
Paediatric first aid
My Availability
My work hours are Mon to Thursday 8am to 5.30pm I have a space from April 26

Becca has cared for my children (twins age 5) since I returned to work when they were a year old. My children are now in full time school and are missing their full afternoons at Becca's If you ask them who they want to go home with, they ALWAYS say Becca!!!
Becca and her family are warm, positive and enthusiastic. My twins are treated as individuals and their personalities, likes and dislikes are accounted for in any planning of activities. My children have built happy and relaxed relationships with their peers at Becca's and her own children are fantastic role models to her mindees.
Becca offers excellent, balanced meals and takes food preferences into account, but has a knack of getting the children to try and enjoy new foods. Making my job of mum easier.
Becca was happy to help with food issues, potty training and behaviour management. She offers advice, doing this supportively and appropriately, using her knowledge and experience as the basis for this advice.
Becca constantly praises the children and has a. great sense of fun an energy, she encourages responsibility and independence from an early age.
My kids come home with lots of pictures, models, craft work and photos. Becca provides parents with a newsletter on a regular basis, which is a real treat.
For the purpose of this review I asked my kids what they like/don't like about going to Becca's Their response was as follows
Lucy - ' I love Becca.....she's funny!......I don't like nothing!'
Evan - Jakey! (Becca's son - who he idolises!) the playroom, making dens.....I don't like Lucy (his sister!!!)
I have no qualms in providing this review, there should be an 'outstanding' option to choose, not just a 'good' My children are settled, safe, encouraged and wonderfully cared for at Beccas
