Amazing Childminder

Lily has been with Amanda since she was around 6 months old, and from the very beginning we felt completely at ease leaving her in Amanda’s care. It’s not an easy thing to do as new parents, but Amanda’s warmth, professionalism, and natural way with children gave us instant confidence.

She kept us fully updated through the Babysdays app, which was so reassuring, and we loved seeing what Lily had been up to each day. Over the years, Amanda has guided Lily through so many important stages – from potty training and learning good manners to preparing her with the skills and confidence she needs for starting school.

What makes Amanda so special is the way she manages everything with a smile and endless patience. She always thinks of meaningful activities that are fun but also help the children learn and grow. Lily and Amanda became the best of friends, and the bond they share is something we will always treasure.

We are so grateful for the love, care, and support Amanda has given Lily and our family. We couldn’t have wished for a better start to Lily’s early years, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional childminder.

100% recommend Amanda

Amanda was our eldest daughter’s childminder, and when our second child arrived, we knew instinctively that we wanted him under her care. Both children have shown genuine affection and enthusiasm for spending time with Amanda—even asking to visit during weekends and holidays. Our eldest, now seven, still enjoys spending a day with her each half term.
Amanda consistently plans a rich mix of weekly activities, from gymnastics and soft play to role‑play sessions. She regularly meets up with other childminders, which helps with the social skills. She also promotes independence through daily routines like putting on shoes and jumpers.
She has been great with both my children's food allergies and she has always made sure they had a varied diet
I can't recommend Amanda enough to anyone who is looking for a warm and dedicated childminder

Amanda is a fantastic childminder!

I can’t recommend Amanda highly enough. My son has additional needs and she has been absolutely incredible with him from day one. Her patience, and understanding shines through in everything she does. The communication with us as parents has been fantastic, we’re always kept in the loop and feel completely reassured knowing he’s in her care.

It’s clear she genuinely adores and cares for him, and he absolutely loves going to her. She takes the children out somewhere each day, giving them the chance to socialise and have some fresh air, and then fills the afternoons with fun, creative activities that help them learn and develop.

Under her care, my son developed and grown in ways we didn’t think possible so soon, and we’re so grateful for the support she’s given our whole family. She’s truly goes above and beyond and has made a huge difference in his life.

Amazing Childminder and a wonderful person

Amanda is an amazing childminder who is absolutely passionate and dedicated to the children she cares for.
My daughter went to Amanda when she was 10 months old and thrived within the environment Amanda has set up, Amanda made us feel at ease from the offset and our daughter absolutely adored her.
We moved house (over 2 hours away) and it was with an extremely heavy heart we had to leave Amanda.
If you are looking for first class childcare in a fun and learning environment with an truly lovely person ……., look no further as Amanda ticks all the boxes
