Hello
I'm Lili, I'm a Ofsted registered nanny with many years experience both as a nanny and a babysitter.
I aim to provide kind, gentle and playful care to the children I look after.
I like to take a lot of care in establishing a connection that holds children's emotional needs and development at the centre. I work to kindly and clearly hold boundaries and to be a calm and steady presence. So they feel they've got space to explore their environments and express what they need to!
My Experience
I have 10 years experience working as a nanny and a babysitter. I spent several years in a Steiner nursery and for the last 2 years I worked at the Steiner school in the kindergarten as an assistant.
My Qualifications
I have a level 2 certificate for the children and young people's work force and I have full pediatric first aid training. I also recently completely a Level 2 in Understanding Autism
