About Me

Hi, I am Amanda I have 19 years childminding experience, I live in Eckington Sheffield with my partner, two Daughters, 2 Lhasa apso dogs Heidi & Nala who is great with children.
I provide a safe, loving, warm, caring home from home environment for your child to have fun and learn in.
I have been a ofsted registered childminder, since February 2005. At my last ofsted inspection I was graded "Good" I am fully insured with Morton Michel. I drive a 7 seater people carrier and take/collect from Camms primary in Eckington.
I take children out to play groups, song and rhymes, messy church, libraries, parks, farms, on woodland walks and to local soft play centres so the children can mix socially with other children and experience new situations. I have a safe secure garden in which I offer various outdoor activities for the children to learn whilst playing. I also offer a wide range of toys, games, craft, baking and fun activities for children of all ages to help them learn and achieve in all areas of learning in the EYFS.

My Experience

I have always loved being around children starting when babysitting as a teen. I did work experience at Camms nursery, I have two Daughters of my own and I have been a childminder for 19 years with children of all ages from 10 weeks old to 11 years.
