We’re really happy with our daughter’s experience with Michele. She started in September 2024 when she was just over eight months old, and the whole settling-in process felt really smooth and reassuring. Michele was great about easing her in gradually, which helped her get comfortable within about a week.
Now she’s genuinely happy going there, and it really shows when we pick her up - she’s usually all smiles, which says a lot about how comfortable she feels.
Michele plans loads of fun and engaging activities like painting, singing, and dancing, and there are plenty of toys to support learning and development. We also love that she takes the kids out regularly to playgroups, parks, and soft play - those outings have been great for socialising and staying active.
We’ve definitely noticed a lot of progress too, especially with how quickly she’s picking up new words.
The daily updates are another big plus. Michele sends photos and WhatsApp messages keeping us in the loop about naps, meals, and what they’ve been up to, which we really appreciate.
Overall, we’re really pleased with the care Michele provides. It’s reassuring knowing our daughter is happy, safe, and doing so well in her care.
