About Me
Hi there my name is Tammy I am a registerd childminder located in Bartley green
area I live with my husband and two children they are 26 and 27 years. My children also have great relationships with the children in my care.
My home is a loving, fun, safe, educational environment for your children to spend their days growing and learning in. We have lots of toys and a lovely safe garden to play and explore in. We go on outings and to different toddler groups almost daily. We are lucky to have great access to some beautiful parks, farms, children's centres, soft play facilities and many other child friendly attractions.
I provide home cooked meals daily which are healthy, nutritious and balanced and include a hot meal at tea time. All meals and snack are included in the daily fee .
I follow the guidance of the EYFS and make regular written observations on the children in my care in order to plan activities to support their individual development and needs.
My Experience
I was a childminder for 4 years then went into working for a nursey. I have been working there for the last 2 yrs as a room supvirser . And now I've been childminding for 11 years again.
I have had experience with all ages of children from new born upwards.
I can provide excellent references
I have great working relationships with the parents of the children in my care and we work together on developing skills such as self confidence, speech, social interaction, play, academics, toilet training and appropriate behaviour

CYPOP5 Understand how to set up a home based childcare service
FIRSTAID certificate.
I have safeguarding children certificate.
I have clean CRB.
I have full knowledge of EYFS new frame work
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Home-Based Child-Care.
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development.
I have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.

My 4 year old has been looked after by Tammy since she was 11 months old (after we removed her from a nursery) and she has absolutely thrived!! She loves Tammy, and her family, and never wants to come home! We had no hesitation asking Tammy to look after our latest addition when we fell pregnant again. Now we have a 1 year old that doesn’t want to come home either!
Our girls are absolutely spoiled while they’re there and Tammy’s home is dedicated to the children she cares for! Her home is always spotless and the girls are always well fed! You can tell Tammy genuinely loves her job! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone considering a childminder!

Tammy looked after my daughter from 10months old until she started school. I knew the moment I met her, chatted with her and watched her with my daughter she was the childminder for me. She does an amazing job in preparing them for school and was always on the other end of the phone for advice.

Tammy looked after my son from 8 months old until he started school at 4. I had an instant connection with Tammy and so did my son. Tammy is a mom and she cares for the children as if she were their mom. Fresh food, activities, days out, special occasions acknowledged and celebrated, a beautiful clean home and a lovely family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tammy.

My daughter has been with Tammy since she was 10 months old. She is now 13 months old. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds. Tammy takes her out, feeds her 3 times a day and every morning i drop my daughter off she walks straight into the house with a big smile and waves bye to me. When i pick her up shes always smiling and had a productive day. Tammy is brilliant and would recommend her highly !!
