About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I would describe myself as a really fun, bubbly, caring and passionate yet professional person. I strive for success and my aim is to ensure that the children I care for have the utmost fun through play and build on what they already know and can do. I love seeing children make new discoveries and learn new things. My positive nature allows me to encourage children to be curious and try new things that can help them reach their maximum potential. I work very closely with parents and carers to enable me to provide the best possible care.
I follow the EYFS framework and have an excellent understanding of the six areas of learning and how to support the children’s development as well as each child's starting point.
I have a well equipped separate room dedicated for the children's play, education and well being.There is also a large garden with lots of facilities such as sand and water play, playhouse and cars. I try and make excellent use of both outdoor and indoor areas to provide activities which support all areas of learning.
Being a vegetarian we tend to grow our own organic fruit and vegetables which the children love participating in.
I love cooking so naturally the children get home cooked food. I also love baking and there have been many times that children have joined in the bake off!
My Experience
I have been a childminder for nearly 5 years.
I have cared for various age ranges from babies, toddlers and school children both part time and full time.
I also have 3 beautiful daughters who are 6 years, 2.5 years and 8 months.
My Qualifications
Educated to degree level.
I have completed the following courses to name a few:
Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young Peoples Workforce
First Aid Certificate - Paediatric & Youth
Safeguarding and Child Protection Certificate
Food Safety Level 2

I also keep up to date on changes in the childcare industry and attend regular training/courses to gain recognised childcare qualifications
I have also completed an enhanced DBS check for myself and my huband.
My Availability
I am available Monday - Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

Sima is the best childminder I could ever had asked for. She and her family are so loving and caring. I love how she welcome us and my daughters. Sima looked after my daughters over 2 years and they were well looked after. I did not have to worry if they werent taken care off. Sima did a beautiful job she help my youngest daughter become an independent toddler.
I would highly recommend sima to anyone who is looking for a childminder.

Sima and her family are truly amazing - they cared for our daughter for over a year - she adored being with them, was well loved and treated as part of their family.
Our daughter learnt so much under Sima’s care and left a happy, confident and independent little girl. Nothing was ever too much and Sima was so flexible and kind. She also really looked after our son who visited from time to time.
Every day was different and Sima organised so many different stimulating activities and outings for our daughter. Her cooking and range of food offered was amazing and it was so lovely seeing our daughter enjoy new things.
If you are looking for a childminder in Loughton we cannot recommend Sima highly enough.

Sima was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable the first time we met her. She cared for our 1 year old son very well and taught him to become a confident and independent toddler.
Our son was very shy and didn't take to new people but Sima and her family treated him like their own. She kept us updated on his progress during the day and made us feel very comfortable.
She provided interesting learning activities for our son during the day and kept him well entertained in a very clean environment.
I would definately recommend her. We will truly miss her.

Look no further. Sima is one of the best childminders you will ever find!
There are no words to describe how great she has been for both my daughters; they have been staying with Sima since they've started to walk, and she has always been there for them and me! She is a super friendly, open-minded person and a very professional childminder at the same time.
She was amazing with my two daughters (making their birthdays special, baking, gardening and having lots of activities throughout the day).
I feel fortunate to have found her close to our home. She and her family will always be part of our family.

Want to start by saying I love Sima and her family sooo much, Sima has come to my rescue several times and my son adores her too.
She’s literally the best child minder EVER - so caring, bubbly and positive!
I was nervous at first because my son has never been with a child minder, but he settled sooo well with Sima; she treated him as if he was her own and always made sure that he was OK, especially as my son has eczema and other problems - she was always on top of that and gave me an in-depth review of how his day went. I’ll miss her so much and her family, as will my son. I wish her the best for the future and I’ll definitely stay in touch. I recommend her a thousand times!

What can I say - The experience has been nothing short of amazing. My husband and I were reluctant at first to seek a childminder for our 16 month old daughter and 3 year old son, as they have never before been in the care of anyone outside the family.
However, since taking up Sima's services, our daughter's speech and communication has improved dramatically, and our son just can't get enough of playtime and activities with her group.
The children have both developed this strong bond with Sima that makes us as parents feel assured and happy that they are comfortable and well taken care of.
Our jobs can be very demanding at times and may require a few overtime. This has not been a problem for us as Sima has been very flexible and is always ready to go above and beyond for her clients.
I would recommend her service to anyone, anytime...

I have always found I lack the courage to leave my children in the hands of someone I don't know. as a mother of two boys age 3 years and 18 months I did not trust anyone enough to leave my children with. but when I met Sima everything changed, she has a very calming loving nature, her family home is a safe, fun, warm and a happy learning environment. I find her home is really inviting, clean and very cosy, well equipped with educational toys, books etc.
My younger son who would normally shy away from people he doesn't know connected with her straight away. I felt at ease and knew I had found the perfect childminder for my kids. Infact both my two sons and Simas's daughter got on like a house on fire.
Sima would prepare freshly cooked home made food, fresh fruits and veg. she would make sure they have plenty of water to keep them hydrated. Sima is very particular when it comes to food, everything she prepares is healthy and fresh. My son who was not a fan of fruits is now eating fruits which am very happy with.all thanks to sima. He always tells me to cook the food he had at simas's
During the day I would recieve picture of them either engaging in activities which would include cooking or baking with simas's supervision. They also do out door activities in her lovely garden. I would recieve feedback at the end of the day about the activities they've had which is always very interesting to read.
My children really adores her and its so reassuring to know that they are in such great care whilst I am at work.
Sima is a professional childminder who shows a genuine interest in children, she treats the children in her care just like she would treat her own children.
If you are looking for a kind hearted loving person to care for your children Sima is the one without a doubt. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed in anyway. Just do your interviews and I can assure you you will be choosing her because she is simply the BEST.
My children will definitely miss her lovely daughter who has become great friends with my son and the heaps of fun they've had during her care, but one thing for sure is that I will not look anywhere else in future when I need help with my children. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Sima for the help and support you've given me when I needed it. xxx
