About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder graded "Good". I would describe myself as a calm, positive, bubbly, loving and passionate person. My main aim as a childminder is to ensure that parents and carers can leave their child with me in great confidence knowing that the child will be loved and cared for at a high standard. I strive for success and there is no greater achievement for me knowing that I can help children kick-start their early years by building their confidence through play and encouraging them to discover new things out of curiosity to help reach their maximum potential. I love seeing children make new discoveries and learn new things. I work very closely with parents and carers to enable me to provide the best possible care.
I follow the EYFS framework and have an excellent understanding of the six areas of learning and how to support the children’s development as well as each child's starting point.
I have a well equipped separate room dedicated for the children's play, education and well being.There is also a large garden with lots of facilities such as sand and water play, playhouse and cars. I try and make excellent use of both outdoor and indoor areas to provide activities which support all areas of learning.
Being a vegetarian family we tend to grow our own organic fruit and vegetables which the children love participating in. Whether its pick strawberries or tomatoes from the garden or planting new seasonal vegetables they absolutely love it and also get to understand where food comes from whilst having fun!
I love cooking a variety of food so naturally children get home cooked food on a daily basis.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for nearly 7 years.
I have cared for various age ranges from babies, toddlers and school children both part time and full time.
I also have 3 beautiful daughters who are 7 years, 3 years and 2 years.

BA in Economics
Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce

These studies support my understanding of natural living, wellbeing, emotional health and balanced development, and complement my approach to creating a nurturing, calm and healthy environment for children.
I also regularly update my training and attend courses to stay current with best practice and changes within the childcare sector.
I hold an enhanced DBS check for both myself and my husband.
My Availability
I am available Monday - Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm

- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
Full time/ part time /school pick ups and drop off available from Hereward Primary School

Sima is the best childminder I could ever had asked for. She and her family are so loving and caring. I love how she welcome us and my daughters. Sima looked after my daughters over 2 years and they were well looked after. I did not have to worry if they werent taken care off. Sima did a beautiful job she help my youngest daughter become an independent toddler.
I would highly recommend sima to anyone who is looking for a childminder.

Sima and her family are truly amazing - they cared for our daughter for over a year - she adored being with them, was well loved and treated as part of their family.
Our daughter learnt so much under Sima’s care and left a happy, confident and independent little girl. Nothing was ever too much and Sima was so flexible and kind. She also really looked after our son who visited from time to time.
Every day was different and Sima organised so many different stimulating activities and outings for our daughter. Her cooking and range of food offered was amazing and it was so lovely seeing our daughter enjoy new things.
If you are looking for a childminder in Loughton we cannot recommend Sima highly enough.
