About Me
My name is Helen Williams. I am 48 years years old, I have one daughter who was born in 2000. I am an honest, reliable and trustworthy person who understands how important it is to find quality childcare for your precious children. I live in Great Dunmow with my husband Dave and my daughter Hayley and we have 3 pets, our very timid cat Cassie and our super friendly Cockerpoo/Cavapoo Penelope and Frankie. . I have an enclosed garden and a variety of indoor and outdoor toys. I regularly visit the library for story time, attend a toddler group and offer Robot Reg phonics session with our local leader Nicola. I can offer the government funded 15/30 hour sessions.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified Nursery Nurse who has worked with children for over 29 years. I worked as a full time Nanny for 10 years for various families and have been childminding for the last 19 years. I have worked with children who have cerebal palsy so have a basic knowledge of this condition. I have also looked after several sets of twins. I can provide references if required.
My Qualifications
BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing
Diploma in HomeBased Childcare
First Aid Certificate - renewed every 3 years.
Safeguarding renewed every 2 yrs
I attend regular training courses and complete on line training also.
My Availability
I am open Monday to Thursday from around 7.30am - 5.30pm. I have spaces available from July 2025.

Helen and Sue are just the best! They look after our 18 month old who has been with them for some time now. Their days are educational and fun packed, our little one loves being with them. We are updated on his progress and what he has been up to, beautiful photos are sent which we not only cherish but help us feel updated and help us when we are missing him. Their environment is safe and caring. I would highly recommend
