Unreliable and unproffesional

I was very impressed by Benita when I met her first time and after confirming with her I stopped looking for childcare for my son. She was due to start with us in a months time during which I called her again to confirm her willingness to take up the job. However just10 days before she was due to start with us I got a text message from her saying that this job is inconvenient and she has found another job. This was only in response to my attempt to call her.

This was not the case I was very much looking forward to starting however got a relocation of employment so unfortunately could not take the offer, I confirmed this 14 days prior not 10
