My Experience

I am currently in my last year at the University of Sussex studying Childhood and Youth studies. I previously went to Nescot college and completed my level 3 childcare qualification with 3 Distinctions. I have worked in 2 different nursery's with children aged between 3 months and 4 years and have been doing this part time for 5 years. I have many years of experience with newborns due to my family and family friends having children and regularly helping out/babysitting. I worked at a play scheme called Challengers for 3 years which is weekend care for children aged 4-12 that have mild to severe special needs, so I have lots of experience with looking after children of all abilities. I have also completed a basics of babysitting course and have a recent DBS check and up to date pediatric first aid.
I finish university mid-end of June so will be looking for a full time nannying job once I have finished.
I carry a full clean drivers licence.

My Qualifications

GCSE'S completed with C's and B's
Certificate of Participation 'The basics of babysitting' 10 week course run by Surrey County Council which included first aid, safeguarding, health and safety and cooking.
Childcare level 3 gained 3 distinctions
