My two and a half year old daughter has been looked after by Kelley since she was ten months old and she has flourished.
From an educational perspective my daughter has learnt so much from being at the setting and grown in confidence. She was born during the Covid pandemic and I worried about her interaction with other children being lacking. She also had separation anxiety as well as a few blips in her behaviour. Kelley takes her to regular toddler groups and assisted me with her separation anxiety when she first started as well as her behavioural blips offering advice and strategies.
You know your child has a great time at a childcare provider when you drop them off at the door and they don’t even batter an eyelid or say goodbye as they’re too busy having fun and learning through play. She’s regularly coming home with new words, phrases and activities that she has done that day.
I enjoy the fact that I can instantly get updates on my daughters meals and what she has done throughout the day which I can view at anytime. Kelley is really personable and is always giving me advice and tips on my daughters development milestones such as potty training and meal planning. Her attention to detail is next to none and I like that she sets clear boundaries and expectations with my daughter to ensure that there is a clear continuation of the rules that I set at home.
What more can I say? FANTASTIC

My daughter Scarlett started with Kelley at age 15 months and she absolutely loves it, I was so worried about leaving her when I go to work, but Kelley reassured me so much that she will be fine, she done 2 settling days and after that she went in no problem, no tears, just a bye bye at the door! My daughter loves going there and I see she has so much fun, Kelley does lots of activities with the children, takes them to toddler classes which is great for them! Scarlett has learnt so much over the last 6 months with Kelley, and I can’t thank her enough! I truly recommend Kelley to you all!!

Our twin daughters started with Kelley when they were 15 months old. Being pandemic babies they struggled with separation anxiety at first but Kelley went above and beyond to help them settle in with her and sent regular updates initially to reassure us that they were always calm and happily playing shortly after leaving them. Within no time the tears at drop-off stopped and they were excited to go through the door each day. They’ve been going to her 3 days a week for over a year now and absolutely love it. They weren’t walking or talking when they started and now they run through the gate, knocking on the door over and over excited to get inside and play, and confidently tell me all about their day on the way home. Spending their day with other children of different ages has been fantastic for their social and communication development. I know they enjoy their days with Kelley and the other children she looks after, and we never have to worry for a second whether they’re okay. I love the reports and photos we get from each day too, being a twin mum keeping on top of routine and knowing how well they’ve ate or slept that day is really important to me - helps me prepare for whether one of them might need early bedtime for example. Kelley also has so much experience it’s great to be able to ask her opinion or for tips with how much they should be eating, when to be potty training, or dropping naps etc. She takes wonderful care of our girls, gives them a mix of her experiences, is flexible if we need to do an early drop off now and again, reasonable with her rates, and gives plenty of notice if she’s got to take a day off or taking a holiday (which doesn’t seem to be very often!) I’m so glad we found Kelley to look after our girls, and highly recommend her!

“Miss Kelley “ as my son called her with love, is the best childminder is town.
She helped us a lot been a second mother for my little boy while I was working.
She is a very positive person all the time and she is amazing with kids.
My son loved all the activities and learning there. He was so happy every morning going to Kelley’s house. 🙂
I would definitely recommend her to all parents looking for a trustful childminder and a happy place for the little ones.

Our 7 year old daughter joined Kelley's for after school care about a year and a half ago and is very happy there.
In the school year that she started, our daughter had been through a lot of change including moving to a new school, losing a close grandparent and then changing childminder after our previous one stopped working at very short notice, but Kelley was great at working with us to help with any of her anxiety.
The children all get on so well together and Kelley is brilliant at setting up activities that they can enjoy across a range of ages, especially the fab creative activities. The photos and updates we get from her are great and really give us an insight into the children's time there.
Our daughter is an only child and has often spent time with older kids among our family friends, but I definitely feel that being at Kelley's has given her a lovely experience of learning to play with younger children too.
Kelley is super reliable and has always been as flexible as possible around our requests to swap days from time to time if needed. The food is healthy, varied and has lots of child friendly options. I would absolutely recommend Kelley for after school care and hope we will be able to carry on using her until our daughter leaves primary school.

Kelley has been looking after my little man for almost 2 years, he settled in straight away and as enjoyed it ever since. Kelley as helped with his development, they do numerous activities indoor and out. I would highly recommend her.

I have had my 17 month old and my 5 year old with Kelley since February. Kelley is a wonderful childminder, she is attentive, fun, creative and a genuinely nice person. I feel complete ease with my children being with her. Kelley took my daughter at 8 months and helped with her separation anxiety and eating issues, Kelley also collects my son from school. My children will stay with her until it’s no longer needed.
Kelley genuinely seems to enjoy her job and the activities and crafts she does with the kids is amazing as well as keeping you updated daily as to what your child has done/eaten/slept. I feel lucky that we found Kelley when we did and couldn’t recommend her more.

Kelley has been a great help to us and our daughter. She is Kind, efficient and very flexible. My daughter joined Kelley when she was a years old and with Kelley’s help she has blossomed into a very confident little toddler. The progress is evident and has come along in leaps and bounds, this wouldn’t have been possible without Kelley. Thank you so much Kelley, lots of love Karina and Priyesh

I personally as a mum I found looking for somewhere to leave my child stressful and left me filled with anxiety for months. I was too stressed to message places luckily Kelley messaged me don't know where I would be now without her. Kelley has made the transition so easy for us parents and our toddler.
After messaging back and fourth about our needs and dates and everything in between we met at the childcare setting. First thoughts were how functional, homely, clean and fun the space was. The whole meeting I feel as though we hit things off I felt so much at ease after meeting Kelley. You can tell when you meet Kelley how much she cares about her line of work and how she loves the kids that she works with.
Kelley made our toddler feel so welcome and within a week she was so happy to be taken to Kelley's. She loves Kelley and trusts her which really sets you at ease. One thing people asked me a lot was I sad to be leaving her in someone's care and with Kelley the answer is no. Our child loves it she is emotionally more forfilled spending time with other children, learning and being creative messy fun we haden't even thought about yet. She is less bored doing our daily habits and it will be very important going into winter were venturing out will not be a daily occurrence.
Kelley has supported our toddler and our family though a stressful change and is such a important person to our toddler now. I highly recommend Kelley she has gone up and beyond for us and I'm sure she would for you too.
(Putting 5 for food as korra does not eat Kelley's food we pack lunches and snacks but I'm sure it is very good as she has shown us her certificates for nutrition)

My daughter started at Kelley's just after her 1st birthday, as I returned to work. From the start Kelley was great - reassuring all my fears at leaving my clingy baby with someone else. Following a couple of meetings we agreed a settling in timetable that I was happy with that would have us settled before I started work. And it worked! I was able to return to work without worry.
Four years later my daughter is now in year 1 at school. Kelley helped prepare her for first for nursery, during which Kelley was able to adapt her routines to continue looking after my daughter, and then for a change to school. Once we started school we had to say goodbye to Kelley as our school didn't fit with pre-existing school runs. But we still return to Kelley during school holidays, and at short notice snow days etc. My daughter steps back in as if she was never away.
My daughter settled into Kelley's easily, and, over the years has really felt part of the family there. She enjoys the activities there and looks forward to returning there in holidays. Kelley is great at keeping me updated, and also offering advice and support from her years of experience when I have needed it.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kelley to anyone looking for childcare.
