i'm a mum to 4 beautiful children, Naomi who is 16 years old (off to college in September), Elias is 15 years old, Isaiah is 12 years old (both attend Paxman Academy) and Hosanna who is 9 goes to St John's Green Primary school, colchester
im a fun,loving caring Nanny who always treats children in my care like they are my own.
i do enjoy swimming, reading (when i get a chance too) and love cooking of any sort very much including birthday cakes.
i'm super organized ( so my friends and family say lol) and normally early for most things. I spend alot of my time running around doing school runs, Policd Cadets, Brownies and scout drop offs as well as anything else that pops up during the week.
I also help out with childrens work at my church on a rota cycle which i really enjoy and also help in the creche
My Experience
I have Nannied in and around colchester for the past 29 years since 1993 when I qualified (NNEB). The children I have looked after have ranged from a few weeks (even premature) to 16 years, both full and part time.
One nannying job i very much enjoyed was with an autistic boy whom is now 19 years old and still very much a challenge.
I have worked in the burns unit in chelmsford as a nursery nurse which i very much enjoyed
I have also over the year worked as a materity nurse for many babies and their parents, which have included 3 sets of triplets and 4 sets of twins.
I am now a mother myself to 4 beautiful children and has successfully breastfeed all 4 and and managed to have them all sleeping though the night by 3 months.
I have one son who has ADHD and SPD (sensory processing disorder). As a result, I have completed a few courses on parenting children with ADHD.
My Qualifications
I am a quailified NNEB nursery nurse with over 26 year experiance with children of all ages and abilities including autisim and premature babies.
My Availability
my availability at the moment is very flexible depending on the job.
I am willing 2 wait for a start date if the right job is about.
I am flexible with working hours and days depending on the job.
my husband works an on-call rota which is set out a year in advance, which hopefully shouldn't affect my working hours to much
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (net)
my fees are flexible depending on the job and hours but this is very negotiable. normally £10-£15 per hour net
