About Me
Hi my name is Charlotte Manley. I’m looking for a part time nanny position of 3 to 4 days a week. My current position is coming to an end after 4 and 1/2 fun years, as the little girl is starting school.
I am trustworthy, reliable, caring, gentle and am very passionate about my job. I love having fun doing lots of different activities, outdoors and indoors. I love sharing the in joy and fun times with children. I believe in learning through play and through personal experiences but know when to set age appropriate boundaries. I love working in partnership with parents, bringing out the very best in the child/children and parents.
I am a mother of two delightful boys, both in secondary school. I feel I have a greater understanding of what is involved with being a parent, physically and emotional and also understand what parents feel when leaving their children with a childcarer. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile.
My Experience
My experience ranges from newborn to teens, although I love working with the little ones (this is where I have gained most of my experience), I have also done lots of maternity work and helped many parents with routine and building their confidence to be the best parent they want to be. I have worked in many different countries, working in all types of situations as a nanny, maternity nurse, in childcare centres and kids clubs. I have experience with special needs. I have worked for 6/7 years as a Teaching assistant in Primary schools, here in Tunbridge Wells and in London. I have also volunteered in schools.
My Qualifications
Nannying since 1995, NNEB qualification, DBS, First Aid, completed a course in Understanding Autism, Asperger's & ADHD, Paediatric Moving and Handling, Paediatric Diabetes Training, Colic and Reflux Training, Breast feeding workshops, qualified as an Infant massage instructor with IAIM.
I can drive, hold a clean driving Licence, have my own car. I am a non-smoker. I have excellent references which can be checked.
I have been a TA for 6 years gaining lots of experience with all children.
My Availability
Looking for a 3/4 day nanny position or maternity day nanny position. Days to be discussed.
I am also happy to babysit.

- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
From £16.00 - £20.00 per hour
