About Me
I have 12 years experience in childcare and I love my job. I feel I am a reliable, conscientious, and responsible nanny who can use her own initiative, when required. I am a confident child carer who is creative, energetic and enthusiastic. I'm currently taking temporary nanny jobs while I look for a permanent job for 2, 3 or 4 days a week. I’m also available for evening babysitting and weekend work.
My Experience
Previous to now, I had two part time jobs that made up a full job. This was three days for a family with a little girl and boy. The children were 13 months and 4 years old when I started with them in Feb 2021. This job unfortunately came to an end as mum went on maternity to have baby number 3. My other nanny position alongside this was looking after a little girl who was 11 months when I started in June 2019. This family also then had another little girl who was born Sept 2020. This role was Mondays and Tuesdays.
Previous to this, I worked for a family who’s children had just turned 2 and 4 years old when I started in April 2017. I did this job full time until May 2019 when I dropped my days to two days, as the youngest was soon to be starting school. I continued to work for this family two days a week alongside another role until Feb 2021.
Previous to that I worked with a family for three and a half years, with one child aged 9 months until he was just over 4 years.
I also have experience working in a preschool.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 extended childcare qualification at grade A. I am also DBS checked and have a current first aid certificate.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Friday for a temp or permanent role. I am also available for babysitting seven days a week in the evening and during the day at the weekends.
