Sharon has looked after our daughter in a nanny share from the age of one until now, at just over two and a half. Sadly, our daughter will be starting nursery, so we unfortunately have to let Sharon go.
Sharon has been amazing with our daughter. She is caring and incredibly patient, while also setting clear and consistent boundaries. Our daughter has felt completely happy and comfortable with her and has developed a wonderful relationship with her constantly laughing and running to her in the mornings.
Sharon is extremely reliable, flexible and easy to communicate with, which has made the nannyshare arrangement work brilliantly. She has always kept our daughter active and engaged, taking her to playgroups, parks and other activities, as well as creating a good routine at home.
Sharon is also very well known and highly respected within the local school community, having looked after a few local children over the years. Some are now in Year 6, when they see Sharon at the school gates, they still run over to give her a hug!
We feel very lucky to have had Sharon looking after our daughter during such an important stage of her life. We will all miss her enormously and would wholeheartedly recommend her to another family.

We have been extremely fortunate to have Sharon with us for nearly 8 years but sadly with both kids now in full time school/preschool we will just need an after school nanny. We absolutely do not want to part ways with Sharon but sadly it’s part of the course.
Sharon was with my daughter from 10 months and then my son from 9 months (with adhoc care from when he was born!) and they are the kids they are now thanks to Sharon! They thrived being in a great routine from a young age going to playgroups/softplay/play cafe every morning and then playing at home after their naps.
During school holidays they were always out and about - Wisley, Polesden Lacey, Alice holt, bushy park, Dean city farm, London and so much more!
They have had the best time with Sharon and I couldn’t have asked for a better nanny.
