Highly recommended childminder! Sebnem looked after my 10 month old daughter when I had to return to work.

I was extremely nervous about leaving her with somebody else, because prior to this she had never spent more than half an hour away from me. Sebnem was reassuring from the start, we had a number of conversations and a visit to the setting beforehand in which Sebnem asked about my daughter’s routine, likes and interests and sleeping and eating patterns which provided me with the reassurance that my daughter’s needs would be catered for.

My daughter took an instant liking to Sebnem and really enjoys being in her setting. It really is a “home away from home” feel; there’s always a range of toys and educational activities for my daughter to engage with but it’s also a relaxed and homely atmosphere. Sebnem is always able to recognise my daughters cues and knows just what she needs when she’s upset. She has an abundance of patience. My daughter is always happy to be in Sebnem’s company and I feel confident leaving her in Sebnem’s care. Couldn’t ask for any more as a parent! Thank you.

Super childminder

Emma has been child minding my daughter since she started school two years ago and I could not have asked for a better childminder. She is thoughtful, caring and has bundles of patience. The children at Emma's are always having lots of fun and being well looked after. Emma has a great way of being firm with children without making them upset and is always encouraging learning.

Emma keeps me informed about what my daughter has been up to, what shes eaten and how her afternoon has been. She notices when my daughter is not herself and makes sure she shares this with me. I completely trust Emma with my daughter. My daughter is completely relaxed with Emma and has never made any complaints about being in her care.

Emma is professional, well organised, has excellent communication, and has accommodated last minute requests on a number of occasions. She has great relationships with school teachers and parents and has been very helpful at times such as passing messages to teachers when I haven't been able to and reminding me about school events! She has a clean and comfortable home. There is often a smell of yummy home cooked food too!!

I would recommend x100!
