About Me

Hi my name is Kerri, i'm a registered childminder with the care inspectorate. I live in Bucksburn with my partner and 16 Year old daughter. we have a family a dog called Scooby

I hold an up to date PVG disclosure and my partner has a relevant police disclosure. I am a qualified nursery practitioner of 20 + years experience from birth working in the private nursery sector.

I run the local toddler group with another childminder on Tuesday mornings up at Newhills Church in Bucksburn where i take the children with me to experience all different types of play, to help with socialising and lots more.

I take the children out as much as possible, local parks and groups, we go to the library and the book bug sessions, beach, farms and much more. I also give the children lots of opportunities to take part in art and craft activities, music and movement, story time, sensory, role play and construction activities.

I have my certificate in community childminding. which is a service offered by childminders to local families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. I also offer childcare through the E2 scheme offering childcare to vulnerable 2year olds and I'm in partnership with the ELC.

My Experience

working in the private nursery sector for 20 years in all age group rooms, experience from birth. I started childminding in 2014 where i have cared for children from babies to school age.
