Warm, dependable after-school help needed for 10-year-old boy — Vauxhall/Chelsea, term-time
About Me
We're a friendly family based in Vauxhall with a son, Filippo (10), and a daughter, Vicky. We're looking for one or more warm and dependable helpers to support Filippo's after-school routine — school pick-up, homework, and accompanying him to swimming training. You don't need to cover every slot; we're happy to hear from candidates who can help with some of the days, not necessarily all of them.
A typical Monday: pick up Filippo at 15:30 from school in Sloane Square, head home to Vauxhall for a snack and homework, then off to swimming training in Bayswater (18:00–20:00), before heading home — usually arriving between 20:45 and 21:15.
We're looking for someone punctual, warm, and comfortable getting around London on public transport/on foot between Sloane Square, Vauxhall, Bayswater and Victoria. Experience with school-age children preferred. DBS check and references available upon request.

Monday: 15:30 – 21:30 (swimming — Bayswater)
Tuesday: 15:30 – 17:30
Wednesday: 15:30 – 17:45 (swimming — Victoria)
Thursday: 15:30 – 17:30
Friday: 15:30 – 16:30
Some occasional evenings and mornings may also be available for those who'd like extra hours.
Term-time holidays:
October half-term: help needed
December: not needed — away from mid-December to 1 January
February half-term: dates TBD
March/April holidays: help needed for one week
May half-term: dates TBD
Dates: September 2026 – 17 July 2027, term-time only (plus the holiday cover above). Already covered until 2 October 2026, but keen to meet and start handover any time from September.
Pay: £15/hour
