Shannon has looked after our daughter for nearly 2 years, and in that time a very close bond has formed between them. Shannon has performed to the highest level all the routine nanny duties of looking after a child's physical and emotional well being, plus she has taught our daughter numbers, letters, etc giving her a real joy of learning that can be seen now that she has started school. Shannon sets firm boundaries yet is also fun and playful, and my daughter looks forward to her arrival each day. Shannon is reliable and flexible, helping with our older son and our small puppy as well. As our daughter is now in school, she doesn't require full time care any longer, but we will continue to see Shannon periodically as she truly has become part of our family. We simply could not recommend her enough.
