Looking for someone empathetic, enthusiastic and structured as well as someone who can be firm but kind and see each child as individual adapting appropriately to their needs.
We are looking for after school to evenings at least one day a week and then over night every so often.

As a single full time working mum of 4, I really struggled to find a child provider that wasn't taken! And I could trust to look after my children in a fair and loving way. I had a nightmare experience with a previous childminder where my children would come home crying, being aggressive and begging me not to send them their, they had a total change in mannors and behaviour, it was that bad I contemplated giving up work through the guilt!!. THEN I FOUND LAURA AND ALAN!!! WOW they have been the best thing that has ever happened to my family, since I put my trust in them ( by first reading their reviews) my children have been so happy they are back to the loving content children I had before. When I collect the children now they are all smiles and cry as they don't want to come home!!! These guys are amazing despite how many children the have in their care they always treat each child fairly, they play with the children and interact with them all the time, teach them skills and care for them in a way I could never imagine. All the children in the setting get on which is lovely they have a lovely atmosphere in the house and are always happy. I promise you will not be disappointed they are brilliant!! I highly recommend Laura and Alan as childminders I couldn't praise them anymore!!!
