My goal is to create a calm and purposeful home where children of all ages thrive. I make it a priority to communicate with parents through daily discussion and shared planning on the tiney app or WhatsApp. This makes sure every child gets the personal attention they need to settle in easily, feel loved, and learn and develop effectively.
A typical week includes visiting local parks, toddler groups and libraries with the children. We regularly attend playgroups where your child has the opportunity to play in larger groups of children. I consider these larger groups to be an important part of their social and emotional development.
I also speak Greek, Italian (basic) and Albanian fluently.
My home is just off green lanes and wood green underground can be accessed by bus within 5 min.
I ensure hygiene is at a very high standard to prevent spreading of infection.
I cater to special needs such as specific diets etc. so just let me know if you have any requirements.
My Experience
Im a member of an Ofsted-Registered Childminding Agency dedicated to giving families access to high-quality childcare. Because I’m a part of tiney, you’ll get a range of benefits like:

Previous to tiney I worked in nurseries for 6 years, working directly with infants and toddlers.
I have experience of assessing, planing and reviewing children's needs and ensuring they reach their full potential. I offer childcare in a safe and homely setting with opportunities to provide one to one support such as homework support.
Also offer a variety of daily activities such as painting, lego games, puzzles, little quizzes and other challenges that stimulate and develop each individual child, focusing on their individual needs and preferences and highly respecting diversity. And, of course, I have extensive experience with my own children too!

Recently updated knowledge through a Full week comprehensive training with Tiney.
Enhanced DBS checks for myself and my husband;
Paediatric First Aid Training from Online First Aid;
Food Safety & Hygiene Training;
Safeguarding Children Training;
Full Public Liability Insurance for Childminders.
Previously I have completed while working in nurseries:
CACHE level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People Workforce from 1 to 19 years old
BA Honours degree in early childhood studies, (level 6).
All statutory qualifications , advanced safeguarding, SEN courses

Since day one, we fell in love with Blerina’s place. It instantly felt like home, warm, welcoming, and full of care. Our son felt the same from the very beginning. He has been with Lina since he was 15 months old, and every morning he happily walks straight into her arms. Seeing that joy and trust reassures us completely that he is safe, happy, and truly loved.
He settled in so quickly, and that is entirely thanks to Blerina’s incredible kindness and dedication. Our son absolutely adores her delicious home-cooked meals and is always excited to discover what new dish she has prepared.
Lina has created a beautiful environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Her resources are outstanding, and she uses them thoughtfully to offer rich learning experiences every single day. It’s clear that she puts her heart into everything she does.
We honestly cannot thank her enough for the love, patience, and care she gives our little one.

I am incredibly happy with the care my daughter receives from Blerina. She has created such a warm, loving, and safe environment that my daughter feels completely at home. It’s clear that Blerina puts so much thought and attention into her care, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my child is happy and secure while in her hands.
Blerina’s dedication and careful approach provide a real sense of trust and comfort, which is so important as a parent. My daughter is always cheerful and content when I pick her up, which speaks volumes about the nurturing atmosphere Blerina provides.

My son has never been so happy to go to nursery before . We’ve changed 2 places before Lina but with her everything is more than perfect. He has such a good development progress since he started and he loves it so do I. Also Lina is such a great person whatever I write is not gonna be enough . Thank you so much. 🙏
