I am an experienced childcare professional with over 12 years’ experience working with children and young people across early years, residential care and family settings.
I have experience working as a Deputy Manager in a children’s residential home, supporting young people with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, developmental and additional needs. My work has given me extensive experience in safeguarding, behaviour support, risk assessment, care planning, working with families and professionals, and supporting children through difficult or dysregulated periods.
Before moving into residential care, I worked in early years for several years and completed placements across nursery and reception settings. I also have experience caring for babies and younger children, as well as older children and teenagers.
I am calm, reliable and caring, and I place a strong emphasis on helping children feel safe, comfortable and understood. I am confident adapting my approach to suit different personalities, ages and needs, while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.
I enjoy spending time with children in a way that feels natural and engaging, whether that is cooking, games, creative activities, getting outdoors or planning days out. I am also very happy with the everyday side of childcare, including routines, meals, school runs, homework and bedtime.
I am particularly interested in finding a regular nannying or childcare position with one family, where I can build a genuine and consistent relationship with both the children and parents.
I am Enhanced DBS checked, hold relevant childcare qualifications and have a full UK driving licence with access to my own car.

I have over 12 years’ experience working with children and young people across early years and residential care.
I recently worked as a Deputy Manager in a children’s residential home, supporting children and young people with a range of emotional, behavioural, developmental and additional needs. My role included safeguarding, behaviour support, risk assessment, care planning, working with families and professionals, and supporting children through difficult or dysregulated periods.
Before moving into residential care, I worked in a preschool for nearly five years and also completed placements in nursery and reception settings. This gave me a strong grounding in early childhood development, routines, play and learning.
I also have experience supporting children with additional needs, both professionally and within my family. I am confident adapting my approach to suit individual children and aim to provide calm, consistent and nurturing care.
I’m comfortable caring for children of different ages and needs, and I place a strong emphasis on safety, building trust and helping children feel settled and secure.

My Availability
I am currently available for regular weekday childcare and am particularly interested in finding a consistent position with one family. I can offer flexibility around days and hours for the right role, including daytime care, school runs and some evenings where needed. I am also happy to discuss part-time or full-time arrangements depending on the family’s needs.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
My regular babysitting rate starts from £15 per hour, depending on the number of children, hours required and any additional needs or responsibilities.
For regular nannying or more involved childcare, my rate starts from £17 per hour.
