Kate is great. She has looked after our son for two days a week since November 2015. As first time parents we admit freely that we don't know it all or very much. Kate is reassuring and helpful at all times. She has such a wealth of experience and she has helped us endlessly in the past 9 months. She has a lovely network of nanny friends who she meets with to give the children she cares for a good "social life", they have outings to the zoo and other places of interest, along with all sorts of crafting fun. We have found Kate to be intuitive and firm but fair with our son. He has come to really enjoy his days with Kate and we will be really sorry to see her go. We would be more than happy to talk to anyone thinking of Kate as their nanny. We have only wonderful things to say.

Booked for a babysitting job and didn’t bother to message or show up. When you have no family to rely on and only get the chance to go out very rarely it really is just miserable to be let down at the last minute with no other option. I’m sat dressed up ready to go out and now I’ve missed the works Christmas party at a new job. Things happen everyone understands that but no message and not answering the phone. Very poor.
