No Showed on Interview

Raheela reached out to us in regards to her interest in applying for our nanny position. We requested a CV and asked if she could meet us for an interview.

Everything seemed positive, except on the day of the interview she never showed up. I texted her mobile to see if she was alright. She replied and asked who I was, even though I wrote my name in the text.

I replied to her and reminded her that I was the interviewer for my nanny position she applied for and although I was glad she was alright, it was best not to go forward with her application. She did not even reply to apologise or explain why she had missed our interview.

However, this was a blessing in disguise as we would not want to hire someone who did not keep appointments without explanation and was not organised.
