About Me
My name is Mel and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I love looking after children and seeing them grow, change and learn everyday. I have two children of my own Willow 6 and Gabriel 4 who go to school and preschool. Gabriel and I also attend numerous groups through the week and enjoy playing inside and out. We are looking forward to welcoming other children into our 'home from home'.
My Experience
I have always loved being with children starting when babysitting as a teen. I then started a career in nannying at the age of 18 which I only stopped after having my second child. I have nannied for all ages from 2 weeks to early teens including some special needs children, three sets of baby twins and one set of baby triplets! Most of my time has been with babies, toddlers and preschool aged children and I get new enjoyment out of every day with the children I have cared for.

Mel has looked after our son Thomas for 18 months, from the age of 18 Months to 3 years old.
We have been delighted with Thomas' developmental progress & milestones he has achieved since starting with Mel.
Mel provides a home from home environment to learn & play in.
I couldn't recommend Mel highly enough, Thomas is content & happy whilst in her care which in turn ensures I feel confident and assured leaving him whilst I work.
