About Me
I am a positive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys cooking, pottering in the garden and spending time outdoors. I have 17 year old daughter who is great with the little ones . I have a genuine affection towards children and am looking forward to helping mums and dads with thier childcare needs. Children are assured of a loving environment to learn and grow. I also have a dog (Goldador) who is soft and gentle and a cat who is also very gentle
My Experience
I have been childminding for 12 years and am registered with the Care inspectorate Scotland as well as being a member of the Scottish Childminding Association. I have done various workshops and course which include SVQ in social services ( children and young people, ) first aid, child protection, positive behaviour, Getting it right for every child. I will continue to do various courses to enhance my knowledge.I have a 17 year old daughter so have had plenty of practice!
My Qualifications
Before deciding on a career change I spend over 20 years as a manager in retail. I have attended many workshops over the years on various relevant subjects including Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
My Availability
Monday - Thursday 8am till 5pm. Full and Part Time places available. Parsons Green Nursery and Primary School, Edinburgh, Pick Up and Drop Off available.
My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
£7.00 per hour
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Parsons Green Primary School
