Pauline has been caring for my son for a while now and I can’t praise her enough.

When we were looking for a childminder we stumbled on a gem of a childminder.

We went to visit quite a few childminders, spoke to other parents and in the end we decided to ask Pauline to look after our son as she went through all her policies in-depth and also explained her plans and expectations for children she had in her care.

Pauline was the first childcare provider I had used so I was obviously looking for someone and somewhere who could provide a home from home environment.

From the start she was very welcoming, caring, warm and very professional, patiently answering any questions.

I couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find Pauline. She was profession with regards to paperwork, policies, getting known all about your child likes and dislikes.

My son was looked after with love, respect and he was always happy that he never wanted to leave when we went to collect him.

Going back to work was a big deal but the transition was made easier knowing that he was being looked after by Pauline.

Pauline has also kept a diary of photos and recorded notes on their development and skills for my son. When the books are full Pauline gives me them to keep and I can’t wait to see all the photos and all the exciting things that they have been doing.

My son has been allowed to explore, develop and investigate at his own pace with lots of encouragement and nurturing. Pauline’s setting is very child centric with the children involved in the planning of activities. Pauline has been extremely flexible and has met my families every needs.

Pauline attends local playgroups along with some of the other children. My son enjoyed them immensely and really helped him gain good social skills which Pauline encourages at home by having chats with the children about everything from trees to shapes, Animals, road safety and good manners.

Pauline has made him confident, outgoing and taught him to share!! He is always happy to see Pauline, the other children that she cares for and the other members of her family.

He loves to play with the endless amount of toys, musical instruments and to dig in the garden. Pauline provides fantastic home cooked meals and my son has tried more adventurous food because of it and is not a fussy eater now.

Pauline also does babysitting for us as we have no other family around us and we now consider Pauline and her family as part of our family as they are a kind, genuine ,loving and caring family.

So if you are looking for a genuine person to care for your child look no further than Pauline as you will see by her ever extending family that she has around her with her minded children, friends and her own family
