About Me
Hello, I'm Raquel Marriott I'm a mother of two wonderful boys Joshua and Kym both attending school now which has given me the time to focus on childminding which has been an ambition of mine for a number of years.
I enjoy all aspects of child care (except dirty nappies!) and see it as a opportunity to watch and help a child grow in knowledge, confidence, ability and size! If I'm honest I miss having my kids running about and keeping me busy so I look forward and welcome any interest in my services.
I have a house on the St Michael's estate which I share with my husband and my children as mentioned not forgetting our pet Jack Russell Ace.
My Experience
I have official qualifications but first and foremost as I mentioned I have been a mother for the past fifteen years which in my opinion is the best experience anyone could ask for in this job! However I have been a registered childminder's assistant In the local area for roughly four years during this time I was going through the process of becoming my own boss but it was a very rewarding four years and it also further prepared me for owning and running my own childcare service.
