My Experience
I have over 15 years of experience as a nanny, caring for children from birth to 14 years old. During this time, I have gained extensive knowledge in child development, early years education, and providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare, as well as a first aid certification, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. I am a registered childminder.

Amy has been looking after our son for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. Our son took to Amy on their first meet, as she’s warm, caring and fun and he’s been thriving in her care ever since. She’s attentive to all of his needs and understands him as an individual. It’s been extremely reassuring having him in her care, as we don’t need to worry, always knowing he’s having a great time.
No day is the same, Amy always makes sure they are doing something fun, creative or adventurous, while learning and developing their skills. We get regular updates and photos, along with progress reports.
We can’t recommend Amy enough.

It has been an absolute privilege to have Amy as our nanny for the past three years. She has cared for our two children, now aged four and one, with unwavering dedication, warmth, and professionalism. From day one, Amy has put their needs first, ensuring they feel safe, nurtured, and encouraged in every aspect of their development.
One of Amy’s greatest strengths is her ability to balance structure with creativity. She has always planned ahead, organizing engaging activities both in and outside of term time that align with our children’s interests and developmental milestones. Whether it’s arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, or educational play, Amy ensures every day is filled with fun and learning.
Beyond her thoughtful approach to their growth, Amy has also instilled essential values and rules that promote safety and responsibility. She maintains a firm yet kind approach to discipline, ensuring that our children understand boundaries while feeling supported and respected. She has also been exceptional in group settings, making sure that both of our children receive the attention and care they need while fostering social skills and independence.

Amy has been babysitting our daughter since she was around 1 year old and we have been really happy with her in the past two years. She responds quickly to messages, tries to accommodate our requests and reassures us throughout each evening that all is going well so we can enjoy our occasional date.
Most importantly, Amy is extremely caring and it is very clear that she loves children. Whenever my daughter was upset, Amy was happy to offer cuddles and help her calm down. On one occasion, Amy took care of our daughter the whole day and they had great fun together in Amy’s house with the other children Amy cared for that day. My daughter liked the food Amy made and came home happy. We highly recommend Amy!
