My sister was in Lewes visiting inlaws for Christmas when her and her 4 month old twins were struck with bad flu. Like a Christmas miracle Nicky was available within 24 hrs to work overnight look after the boys, give them their medication on time and generally restore wellbeing and support to the entire family. From the first moment she was professional and caring and put everyone at ease. The help meant so much and really saved the day until everyone was back on their feet. Really can't thank or praise her enough.
