Nicky is currently working with us as a night nanny and has been excellent. She was happy to come to the house before a booking to meet my baby and toddler and put us at ease. Nicky is very knowledgeable and experienced with babies (and children) mine was very reluctant to be held by anyone out of our immediate family but was very happy to be held and cared for by Nicky.

Our baby is going through the 4 month regression and Nicky has been very patient with resettling her through the night and we are very confident in her abilities. It means we can relax and get some rest.
