About Me
Hi, my name is Kelly
I am an experienced childminder based in New Addington, with over 10 years of childminding experience. Prior to this, I worked within nursery settings, building a strong understanding of early years development and care.
I am also a mum to four children, so I truly understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and home-from-home environment where children feel comfortable, secure, and valued
In my setting, I focus on child-led learning, following each child’s individual interests to keep them engaged and motivated. I carefully plan activities based on their next steps in development, supporting areas such as:
Speech and language
Social skills (sharing, turn-taking)
Independence (putting on coats/shoes, self-care)
Confidence and emotional wellbeing
Our days include a mix of:

. Story time and language development
. Small world and imaginative play
. Songs, music, and group activities
I also provide regular updates so you can see what your child has been learning and enjoying throughout their time with me.

I have previous experience in childcare, working in nursery's, pre-schools and as a nanny. I have been a childminder for 10 years, and a mother to 4 for 16 years

This childcare provider is perfect for me, she is local, and offers the hours I need, which can be very varied, due to my student and placement commitments. Her food menu has a wide choice of healthy meals. The learning and play activities are perfectly matched for my child's age and ability. My son loves going to 'the childminder' (as he says) and this fact is very important to me as I want my son to be happy and I can say Kelly Anne makes my son happy. Thank you
