About Me

I run my service from our family home in Muirend. I live with my husband and two lovely daughters, One who graduated last year and the younger one in final year of university. I am registered with the Care Inspectorate and am a member of the Scottish Childminding Association. I provide a high standard of childcare in a safe and fun environment which allows children to develop emotionally, physically and socially. I will work alongside parents/carers to ensure consistency of care regarding a child's development.

My Experience

I have been childminding since 2010 and have a lot of experience.

My Qualifications

Since registration in October 2010 I have completed a number of courses run by Scottish Childminding Association. These include Child Protection, Baby and Child First Aid, Elementary Food Hygiene, Infection control, GIRFEC, Parental Involvement. Arts and Crafts workshops.

Wonderful childminder

Grace is such a warm, caring and supportive person. My wee boy absolutely loves Grace and her husband Jim. He is always looking forward to going to her house, which says so much about the lovely bond they have together. The care they give feels so warm and natural, almost like being with family, or lovely granny and grandad figure. She makes his time fun and enjoyable, often taking him outdoors and giving him plenty of opportunities to play, explore and be happy. We are very grateful to have grace and for everything she does for making our boy feel so loved, safe and settled. Thank you so much, Grace and Jim for all the love, care and kindness you show. ❤️
