About Me
My Name is Tanya Lawes I live in Leighton Buzzard , Im married my husbands name is Lee I have two children, Brianne who is 12 and Skyler who is 10 years old.
When I returned to work full time after having my first daughter Brianne I was lucky enough to have my family to help me out with childcare so I never needed a childminder But leaving my Daughter was still very hard.
My setting is a home from home setting,i do a range of activities during the week to ensure that every child is included and try to meet each of there needs . we go to the woods, farm, zoo , park and lots of other outings also Art and crafts
I will do my best to keep you up to date in what we do either by Babys Days or whats app or both and will always have time to speak to you regarding your child or any queries you may have
My Experience
I have two children of my own and have always had small children around me within the family/ and close friends, caring for children from 0 months to 8 years of age. And even children 8 - 12 years of age
My Qualifications
I am first aid trained and hold a Level 2 certificate in food handling and safety.
My Availability
I am flexible on days and hours, dependant on a parent/carer's requirements. Generally I am available Monday to Thursday 8.00am- 5.30pm. I work during term time and school holidays, but am NOT available on Bank Holidays.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.25 per hour

We highly recommend Tanya, my daughter struggled leaving me at first after being with just me for 13 months to then being left with someone unknown to her.
Tanya persevered and after not too long my girl loved going to hers.
They go on fun days out to the park, farm, zoo, playgroups and meet up with other childminders and their children to. This has really helped my girl become more confident with other children and different surroundings.
She provides regular updates during the day with photos and if you ever text to check in she usually responds very quickly. Which makes you feel at ease.
My girl now happily walks up Tanya’s drive and into her house without crying now and when I pick her up she is still smiling.
A lovely childminder with a lovely home which is very clean.
