My Summary

My Experience

Experience has included working at a nursery where I achieved my level 3 in childcare. I looked after children aged 4 months - 9 years old. Daily duties included meal prep, nappy changing and toilet training, trips to the park and outings to the museum, bowling and wildlife park. Various paperwork included following the EYFS framework and monitoring the children’s development.

I was a nanny to two children aged 6 and 8. This was a before and after school role with various housework and batch cooking during the day. Daily duties included giving the children breakfast, preparing them and walking them to school. Various after school activities where I would drive or walk them to their activities on time. Prepare and give them their dinner in the evenings.
In the school holidays I looked after them all day from 8-6 so we would spend lots of time together going on outings to the Zoo, cinema, bowling and trampoline park.

I was an au pair in Australia to two children aged 6 months and 3 years in Australia. I was supporting the mum whilst the dad was away for several weeks at a time. I would help with meals during the day. Take them for a walk with the dog to the park. Nappy changes and supporting the baby with learning to walk. Arts and crafts where the children could create what they wanted.

I have since worked in a nursery baby room for 6 years caring for children from 4 months - 2 years old. I love the strong relationships that are built and being their biggest supporter when they're achieving their milestones.

My Qualifications

Level 3 in childcare
Paediatric First aid trained
Trained in food hygiene
Enhanced DBS check
Full clean driving license with experience of driving in different countries

I also have my level 2 in animal care - if you have a pet, I will happily care for them too!

My Availability

I am available full time and for ad hoc babysitting

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
