Lisa was absolutely fantastic with our triplets. They were our firsts and having 3 newborns at once was completely overwhelming at times, particularly during the night. Having Lisa there gave us a level of support and reassurance that we honestly couldn’t have managed without. I don’t think I would have been able to get through the newborn phase without her!

She is incredibly experienced, calm and capable, and was completely unfazed by three babies needing attention at the same time. She quickly got to know each of their individual personalities and routines and was brilliant at settling them, feeding them and getting them back to sleep.

What we appreciated most was how reassuring Lisa was. She was always happy to offer advice when we asked, but never made us feel judged or pressured to do things a certain way. The number of times she would just chat with me so I felt like a human after being with the babies all day. I am beyond grateful.
She was also brilliant with the practical side of things and would leave everything organised and ready for the morning.

Lisa was a real lifeline for us. She is warm, trustworthy and genuinely cares about the families she works with. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an experienced night nanny, particularly parents of multiples or first time parents.
