About Me
I am a reliable, happy, organized nanny.
Although my only formal qualification in childcare is Common Core Skills and Knowledge (recognised by OFSTED) I have more than 20 years experience of working with children (new born to 11 years old) and I believe I have an excellent understanding of children's needs and behaviour. I keep up to date with new techniques and theories on parenting/nannying, I use a child led approach on playing, learning and discoveres, a routine based approach on feed and sleep and a gentle parenting/nannying approach on discipline.
I particularly enjoy working with babies and toddlers and I loved my roles as a nanny for twins and in a nannyshare.
I am very punctual and I'm able to take initiative after an initial period in which I become aware of the family's routine and expectations. I hold a DBS certificate and a paediatric first aid certificate.
My Experience
20+ looking after children from newborn to 11 year olds. Experience as sole charge and shared cared, experience with twins and nannysharing. Experience in baby led weaning, potty training, setting routines. Experience in helping with homework.

My Availability
I am looking for a 3 or 4 day a week position, between 33 and 44 hours, starting from July 2026 (with flexibility to start later).
My Fees
- Nannying from £25.00 per hour (gross)
I'm looking for an annual salary based on £25.00 an hour gross, or £15.00 an hour per family in case of nannyshare where childcare is provided to two families at the same time.
Flexibly depending on requirements, distance and overall amount of hours.

We’ve hired Diana a few times to provide ad hoc cover looking after our son. She’s always been wonderfully reliable and great with him, even when he’s been unsettled. She quickly formed a bond with him, perhaps helped by her pesto!
