My Requirements
We are looking for a wonderful nanny/PA with lots of energy and an inclusive, ‘can do’ attitude to help us find better balance with our 3 wonderful children.
The main care would be for our two youngest children aged 3 and 8. Our 3 year old loves being outdoors, vehicles and dinosaurs whilst our 8 adores Pokemon, Minecraft and arts/crafts. We also have an older son who is in school and there would be little to no care required during term time for him.
It’s essential that our nanny is nurturing, kind and patient. We believe children should have plenty of time to explore the outdoors and have family passes to various zoos/gardens etc that would be accessible for our nanny to use. Both boys adore animals and we do have a friendly family dog and pet rabbits.
Additionally as both our boys are disabled we would welcome any experience with SEND/ASC/AAC but full training and lots of support will be given.
Hours wise, I’d like to be able to continue to work and Wednesday is our priority day to cover. I am in a lucky position that my job is fairly flexible and with the right nanny, we would be happy to consider a range of hours / working patterns. I only work term time so we could offer a TTO post or continue through the holidays to give me a much appreciated helping hand over the hols.
