Amy has been in childcare for 14 years and has studied Early Childhood at degree level. Previously a setting manager she has a wealth of knowledge around the Early Years and children's development. Amy has trained in children's mental health and is passionate about giving children the best start in life
Nicola has been in childcare for 15 years and is a Mummy to one! Having worked in many roles, Nicola also has a wealth of experience and knowledge that guides her practice. Nicola loves to take part in Yoga and will be sharing this second love with the children she cares for. She is passionate about creating a safe, secure space for the children to flourish
Operating as two individual childminders but working together as 'Honeybees', we are able to offer a home from home setting where children can explore and experience the world in their own way at their own pace.

(We are each registered childminders through a Childminding agency; tiney. Though this is not directly with OFSTED, it holds the same standard and allows us to take all funding types and government schemes. We have a compliance visit annually)

My Daughter has been with Honeybees Childminding for a year now and they are amazing with her! The loving homely environment she has with this childminder is amazing! Not only do they help her excel in anything and everything she does with them but also what she does at home is always improved upon and worked on! As soon as I am off maternity leave my 2nd child will also be going straight here as I have full faith in their ability to still give the level of care my girls would receive at home with me! most of the time my daughter doesn't want to leave the setting come pick up time as she is so happy to be there.

Nicola and Amy are great. My little boy always gets very excited when he sees the front door. And off he goes without a glance back.
I get updates throughout the day with what they have been up to. And always aim to get out every day.
I’m reassured he’s having a great day. 😃
