About Me

I have worked in the Child Care sector for the last 20 years, primarily in nursery settings and then as a Registered Childminder since 2008, after starting my own family. This is a career I was lucky enough to stumble upon after working voluntarily at an orphanage in Thailand when I left school. I discovered my vocation and have never looked back! Over the years I have looked after all age groups building a strong bond with all of my minders and their families.

My Experience

During my time working as a Qualified Nursery Nurse I enjoyed working with all age groups, planning age appropriate activities to bring out the best in all the children that I have cared for. Promoting high self-esteem and happy children. I have used all of the skills I have learnt and adapted them to a home environment, to create a fun, caring yet educational place for children to grow.
