My Experience

I’m a mother and the bearer of a fully comprehensive childcare CV, with my experience ranging from newborn babies upwards. Held positions as a Nursery Assistant, to nannying for a famous couple in Sydney, Australia for their 1 ½ year old twins and a family, between their Knightsbridge (London) and Schonried (Switzerland) homes.

• More than sixteen years experience in child care, sole charge for up to 3 toddlers at a time, babies, twins, triplets and parties of young children.
• Extensive knowledge in providing long-term care for children, including PA duties, cooking, preparing bottles, meditation/yoga, changing nappies, ironing and mending, supervising baths, accompanying parties/holidays, and educating and amusing the children by reading and tailoring outings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, built great relationships with parents.
• Professional attitude, highly motivated and a good sense of humour.

My Qualifications

• Toe by Toe Reading Scheme Coach – Successfully completed the scheme coaching a year 7 pupil who increased his reading age by 18 months in that period.
• Chubb Fire Extinguisher Training Course
• Basic First Aid certification
• Ofsted registered March 2006
• CRB checks March 2006 / July 2013
• Full, unendorsed UK Driving License
• Baby Reflexology: 1 day course completed

My Availability

Available Mon-Fri evenings only (anytime from 6pm) or anytime Weekends (with notice if possible!) I'm hoping to work with some local families that require adhoc or repeat care for their children from my own home.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
