About Me
Hi, I am Sarah Allan, A Parent Mentor & Childcare Practitioner with 20+ years of professional experience and i also am the owner and director of Hastings Community Hive - a not for profit company supporting parents and children with EOTAS / SEND / and a number of different services and sessions we offer at the hive.
I am also a home educating mother to my two children who are neurodivergent, A 13 year old little boy with additional needs and a nearly 5 year old girl. Both of my children have always been a part of my work and very accepting of other children and they enjpy making friends with the children i work with and can often help with building confidence and self esteem.
I have a vast portfolio of experience in childcare from a very early in age, and carry a wide range of skills alongside that both personally and professionally.
I have a huge passion for helping parents, and making children feel safe and included. My children love other children, we regularly attend groups, trips and education is part of everything we do.
My Experience
From an early age i was around children and enjoyed the rewards from watching them grow and develop.

I continue every day to improve my continuous professional development and to keep training and updating my ever growing skills.
