About Me

 Dear Parents,

My name is Simona and I am 48 years old.
I have been living in the UK since 2001 and in London since 2006. I am originally from Slovakia. I am a mum to a 15-year-old daughter and live with my husband in Leytonstone, East London.

I have over 20 years of experience working with children from newborn to 10 years old. I worked for Starbucks for 19 years, where I developed strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work calmly in busy environments.

Since 2023, I have been working with a lovely family, caring for their daughter who is now 3 years old. I support her development through play, outdoor activities, playgroups, reading and creative arts and crafts.

I am now looking for a new nanny position. I am available full-time during school hours, ideally from early morning until 4:00 pm. I am flexible and happy to discuss specific arrangements.
I am a warm, enthusiastic and trustworthy person who truly loves working with children. I am reliable, organised and always punctual. I understand the responsibility of caring for children and always provide a safe, nurturing and positive environment.

My Experience

I have been working with children since 2001. From 2001 to 2006 I worked as an au pair, and from 2006 to 2010 I worked as a nanny.
I have experience caring for children from newborn up to 10 years of age.
I returned to nannying in September 2019, when I looked after a baby boy. Sadly, I left the family in March 2020.
Since 2023, I have been working with my current family, caring for a 3-year-old girl. I support her daily routine, development, play, outdoor activities, playgroups, and creative learning.
