Alazne helped us out for a few weeks with our nearly two year old son when we truly needed it - after moving to London from the States. Our son showed an immediate affinity for Alazne. Overall, we felt that Alazne was very kind and followed my instructions well, which made me feel good as a working mom!

We are moving to the USA so having to let Alazne go - which we are very sad about!
She started working for us part-time when my son was 3 months old and has been an integral part of our life since then. She now does a full day and two mornings per week. Our son absolutely loves her and is always delighted to see her. When she is with him she is entirely focussed on him and his day - playing at home or taking him out to the park or to groups. She makes things engaging and fun and he's progressed really well, learning fine motor skills from the toys and is quite happy playing by himself for a while now. She helped with weaning and naps and her calm confidence with babies has been really reassuring. I entirely trust her with him and don't need to worry at all when she is looking after him.
I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Alazne has been our nanny since August 2015, and she is sadly having to look for work only because we have to reduce her hours due to changes in our work commitments. We are very sad she has to go.
Alazne is responsible, trustworthy and reliable. She sets up great art projects for our 5 year old and provides lots and lots of cuddles and tickles to our 1 year old. She has proved herself to be calm in the face of tantrums and full of energy for the cheering up afterwards.
She shows initiative, for example sorting the kids toys out when she runs out of things to do.
We really are sad to see her go and urge you to meet her! She's a great nanny.
