Part Time Nanny Job in Manchester
About Me
I'm a single working mum of a lively and chatty 16 year old with additional needs (emotional not physical). I am a reliable and fair employer. My child is not a big tv watcher and enjoys cycling, walking, running, shopping and good conversations.
My Requirements
To start asap.
I am looking for a nanny for around 5 hours per week on Mondays, Thursdays and/or Fridays. We can work out hours to suit and this will usually be within the school day so could be worked around school pick ups if that’s something you do. You must have a car and clean driving licence.
You need to have plenty of energy but also be calm and patient. I need someone to be actively involved with my child, maybe going cycling, walking or running (not compulsory!) with her, visiting shopping areas, helping her keep herself organised at home etc.
I need someone reliable and organised.
An understanding of SEN children would be an advantage. If not then an enthusiasm for learning and understanding is essential.
References required.

If you are Ofsted registered more hours could be available by mutual agreement.

Trish has looked after my 16 year old for the last 2.5 years. She is very child centred, and always focussed on the best interests of the child in her care. She is professional, reliable and kind. I really appreciate her open communication - on the rare occasions when there has been an issue she has let me know and we’ve worked out a solution together. My daughter, who has severe anxiety, loves spending time with her and completely trusts her. I know they will stay in touch when my daughter moves on to new things at the end of the summer.
