My name is Tanya. I’m originally from Bulgaria, living in London for over twenty years.
I am kind, caring, loving, and professional.
My professional passion is children. There is nothing more inspirational and rewarding than being in the company of children. This is why I turned my back on my former career path and set out to pursue a career in childcare.
As a very dynamic, organized, and adaptive person, generally working with children on a full-time basis, has been nothing less than a pleasure over my 16+ years career span as a nanny/babysitter and TA. To complement this experience, I have Level 3 NVQ in Childcare, Learning, and Development, a certificate in safeguarding. I have first aid training and DBS.
My Experience
I have over 16 years of experience as a nanny for over six families and ten years as a TA in a Pre-Preparatory School. I have cared for children from the ages of nine months to eleven years old.
TEACHER ASSISTANT
I have worked in the pre-nursery room for over five years, caring for children from twelve months to two years of age. I worked as a key worker, observing the children and planning activities around their needs. I provided stimulating and rewarding activities. I have excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
I have worked in the nursery room for four years, caring for children between the ages of two and three.
I help with planning, setting up the room, and appropriate activities. Help the children with potty training needs.
Kindergarten.
I have worked in kindergarten for one year. I care for children aged three to four.
I helped prepare the children for the next stage of their education by introducing them to the sounds and letters, blending, pencil control, and the sound book.
I helped with organising the planning of festivals and singing and drama.
AFTERNOON EXPERIENCE
I have worked with my current family for over five years(I am due to finish this July 2022). The role was an after-school position. I cared for this girl. I collected her from school, supervised homework, provided stimulating activities, and cooked nutritious meals.
