My Experience

Hello,

I am a qualified Early Years Educator with a Level 3 Diploma and over 10 years of experience working with children of various ages. I am passionate about early years teaching and have dedicated my career to nurturing young minds in ways that are engaging, meaningful, and tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Throughout my experience, I’ve learned that preparation, planning, and communication are essential to creating a supportive and effective learning environment. I believe that children thrive when they learn through real, hands-on experiences that relate directly to their interests and needs. To ensure that each child feels understood and valued, I make it a priority to build strong relationships with them, taking time to discover their interests and what matters most to them. This approach allows me to design lessons that are relevant, engaging, and purposeful, fostering a love for learning.

I am fortunate to work alongside three dedicated childcare practitioners, and together, we bring a variety of skills and strengths to our nursery. As a team, we are committed to providing a warm, supportive, and stimulating environment where every child can explore, learn, and grow.
