About Me
Hello I'm Claudia, an Ofsted registered Childminder in Charlton.

My partner and I have 2 children who attend the local schools. We also live with a cat and a tortoise.
I like to take the children out on regular outings to visit our local libraries, parks, farms, soft play centers, play groups and my local forest school which is run by Childminders.
My Experience
Before my daughter was born I worked at a children’s soft play gym as a play worker and hosted children's birthday parties, it was hard work but fun. I have worked in a day nursery for 4 years. A summer camp when I was younger for 4 years (summers)
My Qualifications
I have a Certificate of Higher Education in Applied Social Care Studies. Paediatric First Aid trained and attend regular Safeguarding training.

I became a single dad when my daughter was 8months old, since then I've managed to use few childminders with uncertainty as to what would happen when i turned my back. Since i met Claudia, all my fears are gone. She has the right environment and she's one of those rare people who does their job for the love of it.
I can't recommend her enough.

Claudia is an excellent childminder. She provides a very caring and nurturing environment as well as arranging different activities for the children every day. My son settled in straight away and I never had any concerns about the care he receives and was I impressed at how he developed under her care. He attended full time prior to starting school and still goes to Claudia after school and school holidays which is a life saver as after school clubs only offer school hours. My son enjoys all the craft and art and gardening/forest school type activities as well outings to play groups/local ecology parks, parks, museums, etc.

Claudia has been looking after my son for 9 months and has been fantastic, my son settled well and this was thanks to Claudias approach and understanding. My son is always happy and enjoys his time when he is with her. I have noticed that he is becoming more curious and is at ease around other children and adults. Claudia has created a safe and warm environment and a trusted place for me to know my son is being cared for whilst I am at work.
