Sophie and I had been in touch a month before I needed a babysitter. She took the time to meet up with me and come and see my house and my children which was much appreciated. She came across as sensible and responsible. We had been in touch twice on the day she was due to babysit however, at 7.45pm, after we had agreed a 7.30pm start she sent me a message cancelling with very little explanation. Therefore I am unable to recommend her.

Hi Annabelle, I understand how inconvenient this would have been for you. Unfortunately for you on this evening health and well-being took priority and therefore the circumstances were not within my control.
